This site is looking weird or rendering incorrectly

Unfortunately, some browsers have (very) poor CSS2 support, most noticeably Internet Explorer (yes, both versions 6 and 7 are almost as bad as each other). This may cause parts of the site not to look quite right, such as the titlebar at the top of the page, that should not be padded in from the edge, but is in Internet Explorer 6. This is because IE6 doesn't support the 'position:fixed' attribute value.

If this is a problem, the reader is recommended to get a better, more standards-compliant browser.
